Landen - the Suburb of Choice in Cincinnati
Located in a park-like setting in southern Warren County, Ohio, just 25 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, Landen, once rural farm land, is now in the center of a busy suburban hub, with many conveniences and major attractions nearby. The Landen community is a self-governed Homeowners Association (HOA), the largest in the region with 2,443 homes. Our HOA is called the Landen Farm Community Services Association (CSA) and is governed by a board of 11 volunteers elected from the community and managed by Henkle Schueler & Associates, an independent property management company.
As an HOA, the Landen CSA is charged with enforcing the rules and regulations found in the Homeowner's / Residents Guide to Landen as well as the Landen Declaration and By-Laws. These rules and regulations insure that the community is developed and maintained to high standards of design and maintenance.
Landen homes include apartments, condos, patio homes and single-family homes to large lakefront homes. Prices range from mid $100,000 to $1 million for large homes on the lake.
