President Resident, Hunters Point. I have been an active and involved CSA Board member for 16 years and I am currently serving as Vice President and chair of the Lake Committee. I am a college graduate and presently employed as director of Planned Giving for the Bethesda Hospital Foundation and have been an active member of the Rotary Club for last 18 years. I have always been considered an organized, skilled business manager and a multi-project coordinator. My wife and two children share my love for Landen and the lifestyle it represents. Vice President Resident, Woodfield. I moved to Landen in 2003 with my wife and two children. I am the owner of a small business in the area and I enjoy running, cooking, gardening and reading. I have been on the CSA board since February 2006 and I am currently serving on the Communications Committee, the Building & Grounds Committee as well as the Design and Review Board. Treasurer As a former clerk of Deerfield Township (1972-1992), I was in office when Landen was first developed, and I have been a Landen property owner since 1987. I have served as President of the Montgomery Hills Condominium Association for two years and have been a member of the Landen CSA since 2004. My main interest is watching that expenses are within expectations and keeping the annual homeowner fees as reasonable as can be expected given the growing needs Landen has as it shows signs of becoming an established, mature community. Secretary Resident, Carriagegate. My husband and I moved to Landen eight years ago. Our first home was in Montgomery Hills. We enjoyed what Landen had to offer so we stayed. I have been a CSA Board member since 2003 and I am currently serving as the Secretary and the chair of the Design and Review Board. I enjoy reading, walking and scrap booking. Resident, Sailboat Pointe. I have been a resident of Sailboat Pointe for six years. I enjoy living in Landen and my winter job playing the role of Santa Claus. Kids are a big part of my life. I serve on the board of directors for Sailboat Pointe as well as serve as their operations manager. I was elected to the CSA board in June 2006 and I am the chair of the Lobbying Committee. Resident, North Cove. I have lived in Landen for 15 years and have been a member of North Cove Associations since 2004. I have more than 20 years of large scale global management consulting experience, and can provide solution development skills necessary to help enhance the Landen Community. Resident, Chestnut Landing. I have been a resident of Landen since 2000. Before moving to Chestnut Landing, I lived in
Woodfield/Hunters Pointe and served on the Board of Trustees for the Woodfield Recreation Association. I have been active in several committees, including resident communications and the associations’ web site. I work a flexible schedule at Convergys Corporation downtown and fill my free time with my two children, husband, reading, and scrap booking. Current Term: 2007-2009 |

Resident, The Islands. I have been a resident of Landen since 1987. Before moving to The Islands community, I lived in Island Pines and served on their Homeowners Board. I am a new member of the CSA Board, elected in June 2006, and I serve as the Chair of the Buildings and Grounds Committee. I am also on the board for the Spinnaker HOA and the Island Recreation Association. Resident, Strawberry Hill. My family and I have lived in Landen for 12 years, and we currently live in Strawberry Hill. I am a member of the Strawberry Hill Recreation Association Board of Trustees and have served as President. Since my retirement from the Air Force, I have been a consultant assisting clients with prevention, control, and correction of environmental issues.
