The CarriageGate community is comprised of towne and single-family homes. It is a diverse community, containing a mix of people including families with children, empty nesters, singles, first-time homebuyers and long-time residents.

CarriageGate holds special and annual events including an Easter egg hunt and a Halloween parade.
