Landen News is a publication produced by the CSA Communications Committee with the purpose of informing Landen property owners and residents about important information as it pertains to Landen.

Agenda Package & Minutes
On the 4th Tuesday of every month the Landen CSA Board meets to discuss the business of Landen. The meetings are always open to the public. To find the location and date of the next meeting check out the Home Page.
At each of the monthly meetings the CSA Board of Trustees receives an Agenda Package which includes the Current Agenda, the Previous Meeting Minutes & Motions, Committee Reports, Financials and more.

Every December the Landen CSA Board is required to hold an Annual Fiscal meeting that is open to the public for review and comment on the proposed Annual Budget. The Landen CSA Board then votes to approve the budget.
