Governing Documents

An HOA is governed by a set of documents that provide for the legal structure and operation of our community. Upon purchasing property within the Landen CSA, you will receive a copy of the Homeowner’s / Resident’s Guide To Landen as well as a booklet called The Landen Farm Community Services Association By-Laws Book that contains the Landen Declaration and By-Laws. These documents provide the following:

  • Definitions on the rights and obligations of the
    Association and its owners.
  • Established mechanisms for governing and funding the
    Association’s operations.
  • Declarations of the rules and standards including:
    • Protection for property owners as well as the community.
    • Enhancement of property values.
    • Promotion of harmonious and peaceful living.
