Located just 25 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, Landen is nestled in a park-like setting with mature trees, plenty of greenspace, creeks, ponds and the lovely 65-acre private Landen Lake used by residents for fishing, boating and sightseeing.

Landen has amenities unlike any other community in the region. A network of more than 12 miles of paved trails winds through and connects the 28 communities of Landen. Ten Recreation Associations located throughout the communities include features such as clubhouses, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a host of annual events for families and adults.

Nearby you will find many natural scenic parks, the 75-mile long Loveland Bike Trail, and the Little Miami River. Championship golf courses, great shopping, nationally recognized amusement and water parks as well as many excellent restaurants are all within a few miles of your doorstep.

As a mature community, Landen has managed to keep its charm and maintain its beauty through its homeowners association, The Landen Farm Community Services Association (CSA).As a property owner in Landen, you are a member in the Landen CSA, which gives you a voice and the opportunity for an active role in the governance of your community.

Whether you are single, have a family or are an empty nester, Landen has a home for you.  With its natural greenspace, creeks, ponds and lake as well as its many other amenities including Kings Local, our  "excellent-rated" public school system, Landen has always been considered the gem of Deerfield Township. Landen was designed to stand the test of time and has done it well.
