Recreation Associations Offer Facilities and Activities
to Communities 
Each of our 28 communities belongs to one of 10 recreation associations located in Landen. Each recreation association has a board of directors elected by members of that association.
Recreation association dues are separate from the CSA dues and are used to maintain recreation facilities and provide social activities to members throughout the year. These activities may include Easter egg hunts, ice cream socials, family game day, adult only pool parties, bands, Halloween parties and many more.
Each recreation association has its own facilities and amenities, combined they offer:
- 5 Clubhouses, many of which can be rented for private parties
- 17 Swimming pools ranging in size from Olympic to baby
- 16 Tennis courts
- 6 Basketball half courts
- 5 Sand volleyball courts
- 2 Horseshoe courts
- 3 Playsets
