A Great Place for Everyone!
Our comfortable community includes a wide variety of residents. Homeowners vary from original owners and empty nesters to first-time homebuyers and those with families as well as everything in between. The 205 homes in Montgomery Hills range in style from bi-level and tri-level to two-story. Homeowners enjoy well-shaded and maintained yards and streets in this established neighborhood where most homes are roughly 25 years old.
We are fortunate to have some unique assets including a preserved greenspace that offers paved walking trails, which also connect our network of cul-de-sacs, allowing for a quiet and safe environment for residents. Montgomery Hills is within walking distance of shopping and dining.
Neighborhood residents have access to excellent recreation facilities including a large pool, a smaller, gated baby pool, a grassy area for play, and a splinter-free deck with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Cincinnati Pool Management provides lifeguards during pool hours from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. The pool, which opens for the season Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day, may be reserved for parties or gatherings for a small fee. Our facilities also include two well-maintained tennis courts and a basketball court. We have a playground area for children and open areas for other activities.
Social events are planned throughout the year including a neighborhood picnic, whuch we normally schedule at the end of August. The picnic includes delicious food, games, swimming and friendship.
Debbie Pendell of Towne Properties serves as property manager. Our annual dues are $316 due in early spring. Checks should be made payable to Towne Properties.
