About Your Management Company
Towne Properties, an Accredited Management Organization, has been managing owners’ associations for over 45 years. Our team is staffed by capable, certified management professionals, service-oriented maintenance professionals and a CPA-led accounting team.
The Landen CSA Board selected Towne Properties to manage the properties of Landen beginning January 1, 2009. As the property management company, Towne will perform the following duties:
- Maintenance and operation of the CSA Properties
- Administration and coordination of the Association’s daily activities
- Enforcement of the covenants, restrictions and policies contained in the charter documents
- Proper protections of and accounting for the Association’s assets
- Billing and collection of all association fees.
- Administer accounts payable and receivable
- All other activities necessary to manage the Association as a first-class community services association

Attends all CSA and DRB Meetings. Maintains homeowners files, tracking violation notices and recording offical meetings. Responsible for the annual CSA billing, payment posting and accounting functions. | |
