A Great Place to Unwind and Relax
The Trails' community facilities are a wonderful place for neighbors to relax by the pool and bask in the warm summer sun. Residents enjoy playing tennis on two courts as well as basketball or volleyball. The facilities are within walking distance and you will often see parents and children walking to the pool, stopping along the way to visit with other neighbors.
Join the fun at The Trails Recreation Association (TRA) sponsored pool parties during the summer. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, managed by Cincinnati Pool Management (CPM) and is staffed with one lifeguard for residents' safety. The pool is available for private parties for a nominal charge. Thanks to Gary Toner from CPM for working so closely with The Trails.
A wonderful mix of people—retired couples, first-time homebuyers and everyone in between—resides in The Trails community of 175 homes, which are approximately 20 years old. They range in style from bi-levels, two stories and ranches, and sell for $165,000-199,000. A drive through The Trails will likely find neighbors gathered together in friendship. Residents can be found around a fire pit sharing stories of the week or playing an impromptu game of corn hole with one another-adults and children alike. The Trails is a wonderful place to live. TRA invites new residents to become involved and volunteer to be trustees.
The Trails Recreation Center annual dues are $225. TRA has kept dues low through the years because of the hard work of trustees and many neighbor volunteers. They are due in mid-May. Checks should be made payable to The Trails Recreation Association. Mail checks with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: |
