Landen CSA—Here to Serve Residents The Landen Community Services Association (CSA) Board is comprised of 11 volunteers from the community who are elected by Landen property owners to serve two-year terms. The board holds monthly meetings at various locations throughout the community, as well as an annual meeting of members, which is when elections are conducted for new board members. Property owners are always welcomed and encouraged to attend any Board meeting. The CSA Board serves as an advocate for you and is available to listen to suggestions and concerns, and answer any questions you may have. Specific powers and responsibilities granted to the Landen CSA Board by our governing documents and state laws include: |  | Authority to set the goals, standards and policies for the Landen Community. |  | Enforce the governing documents. |  | Maintain the common areas of CSA property. |  | Maintain financial stability. |  | Entering into contracts for services. |  | Creating and supervising committees. |
The CSA contracts with an outside management company to operate and maintain our community's affairs on a day-to-day basis under the board's direction. Our management company is Towne Properties.
