CSA Board Members

Julie Farmer
President
Current Term: 2021-2023
Resident of the Carriagegate Community. My husband and I moved to Landen in 1998. Our first home was in Montgomery Hills.  We enjoyed what Landen had to offer so we stayed. I have been a CSA Board member since 2003 and have served as the Secretary and the chair of the Design and Review Board.  I enjoy reading, walking and scrap booking.

Walt Daniels
Vice President
Current Term: 2021-2023
Resident of the Pond Woods Community. My wife and I have lived in Landen over 27 years. Having raised our children here, we thought about moving; however after looking around adjacent areas, we decided Landen is still the community we love and cherish. I’m a retired Procter & Gamble R&D Senior Scientist. I enjoy walking our dog, working in the yard, watching sports (avid football fan, retired soccer coach/referee after 26 yrs) and genealogy research.  I’ve served on the LFCSA board in the past from 1995 through 2005 as trustee, treasurer and the last four years as president. I have served the Township as a charter member of the Deerfield Regional Storm Water District and president of same for four years. With Storm Water being an ever present concern, my wish is to proactively work with the Deerfield Township Trustees, DRSWD and Warren County Commissioners to improve the Landen Community watershed situation. My goals are to continue being a positive force in the Landen community and maintain standards while seeking to address the adverse effects of storm water with reasonable and prudent fiscal responsibility to our members.
Jahn Gazder
Board Member
Current Term: 2021-2023
Resident of the Sailboat Pointe Community. My wife Paula and I moved from Hyde Park, purchasing our home in September of 2010. We spent in excess of a year restoring it. I am a Certified Financial Planner Professional, and have been in the Financial Services industry for more than 20 years. Having successfully built my practice, and finished rebuilding our house in Landen, it is my feeling that I now have to “give back” to the community; hence my interest in serving on the Board and serving greater Landen. My principal thought is that we have been given a jewel in the form of Landen. It is my contention that it is now our responsibility to preserve what we have and enhance the community for future generations. Paula and I have two large black lab rescues (twins), “Bull” and “Bear”; they are our children...

Carolyn Quinn                                                                                                           Board Member                                                                                                                               Current Term:  2020-2022                                                                                                                          Resident of the Pond Woods Community. I have worked for over 20 years as a public educator and I am currently developing and managing a program at five schools in the Cincinnati Public School District. In addition to my work in public schools, I am also the co-founder and co-director of the Northern Cincinnati Youth Orchestras and the Quinn Viola Studio. My husband, Michael, and I decided to settle in Landen 32 years ago because of the many hiker/biker trails, the varied neighborhoods and the concentrated effort in the community to maintain open green spaces. My passion for this community has only grown over the past three decades.  I plan to continue to lend my support to the many ongoing efforts to maintain and beautify the common areas. I also plan to work diligently to address environmental issues that face our community, especially those that impact Landen Lake.

Nadine Heithaus

Resident of the South Cove Community. Nadine and her husband moved to Landen over 20 years ago.  They moved here because they liked the lake and the hiker/biker trails.  Nadine has helped with the Holiday Lights Contest, the Annual Boat Parade and Picnic.  She is currently the LFCSA Board of Trustee Secretary and the Social Committee Chairperson.

Greg Pellegrini
Board Memeber
Current Term: 2020-2022

Resident of the Sailboat Pointe Community.  My wife Pat and I have been residents of Landen, living in Sailboat Pointe, since 2001. I currently have my own management consulting practice after being a Vice President of Training and Development for a global management consulting firm for over 12 years. I am devoted first to my wife and family (two children and five grandchildren). My work has focused on diversity and inclusion leadership and cultural competency in the workplace. I enjoy travel, hiking and most any activity near bodies of water like our Landen lake. My interest in being a member of the CSA board relates to recognizing the value, opportunities and challenges that the very diverse nature of the Landen community provides. My hope is that residents will be more involved so that their voices and ideas can be heard. I believe in doing this, Landen can become an even more vibrant community.  I currently serve on the Finance Committee and the Communications Committee.
