 | Walt Daniels Vice President Current Term: 2021-2023 Resident of the Pond Woods Community. My wife and I have lived in Landen over 27 years. Having raised our children here, we thought about moving; however after looking around adjacent areas, we decided Landen is still the community we love and cherish. I’m a retired Procter & Gamble R&D Senior Scientist. I enjoy walking our dog, working in the yard, watching sports (avid football fan, retired soccer coach/referee after 26 yrs) and genealogy research. I’ve served on the LFCSA board in the past from 1995 through 2005 as trustee, treasurer and the last four years as president. I have served the Township as a charter member of the Deerfield Regional Storm Water District and president of same for four years. With Storm Water being an ever present concern, my wish is to proactively work with the Deerfield Township Trustees, DRSWD and Warren County Commissioners to improve the Landen Community watershed situation. My goals are to continue being a positive force in the Landen community and maintain standards while seeking to address the adverse effects of storm water with reasonable and prudent fiscal responsibility to our members.

 | Jahn Gazder Board Member Current Term: 2021-2023 Resident of the Sailboat Pointe Community. My wife Paula and I moved from Hyde Park, purchasing our home in September of 2010. We spent in excess of a year restoring it. I am a Certified Financial Planner Professional, and have been in the Financial Services industry for more than 20 years. Having successfully built my practice, and finished rebuilding our house in Landen, it is my feeling that I now have to “give back” to the community; hence my interest in serving on the Board and serving greater Landen. My principal thought is that we have been given a jewel in the form of Landen. It is my contention that it is now our responsibility to preserve what we have and enhance the community for future generations. Paula and I have two large black lab rescues (twins), “Bull” and “Bear”; they are our children... |
