About Landen

Landen - the Suburb of Choice in Cincinnati
Located in a park-like setting in southern Warren County, Ohio, just 25 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, Landen, once rural farmland, is now in the center of a busy suburban hub, with many conveniences and major attractions nearby. The Landen community is a self-governed Homeowners Association (HOA), the largest in the region with 2,443 homes. Our HOA is called the Landen Farm Community Services Association (CSA) and is governed by a board of 11 volunteers elected from the community and managed by Towne Properties.
As an HOA, the Landen CSA is charged with enforcing the rules and regulations found in the Homeowner's / Residents Guide to Landen as well as the Landen Declaration and By-Laws.  These rules and regulations ensure that the community is developed and maintained to high standards of design and maintenance.
Landen homes include apartments, condos, patio homes and single-family homes to large lakefront homes. Prices range from mid $100,000 to $2 million for large homes on the lake.
